1. Go to www.hollycrestapts.com and enter your apartment number in the search bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on “Resident Portal” in the results of the search.
3. Enter your password in the login form below and click on “Log In”.
4. You will now be taken to the main page of the resident portal.
5. Click on “My Apartment” in the left column and then on “Issues” in the right column.
6. On the Issues page, you will see a list of issues that have been reported in your building so far.
7. Click on an issue that concerns you to take you to a detailed view of that issue.
