For parents who are new to Moultrie products, or just need help getting started, the Parent Portal can be a lifesaver! In this article, we'll show you how to login and navigate the Parent Portal.
How to login to Moultrie Parent Portal
If you are a Moultrie parent and have not already created an account on the Moultrie Parent Portal, please follow these instructions to create an account:
1. Log into your MyMoultrie account.
2. Click on the “Parent Portal” link in the left navigation bar.
3. In the “Parent Portal” screen, click on the “Login” link in the top toolbar.
4. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “ login” button to complete your sign-in process.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the resources and features available through the Parent Portal. The following sections of this article will provide more information about some of these features:

You can also access important messages sent out by Moultrie, as well as manage settings for your child’s account (such as parental controls).

How to add or change a password
If you have forgotten your Moultrie Parent Portal login information, you can add or change your password by following these steps:
1) Log in to your account on the Moultrie Parent Portal.
2) Click the “My Account” tab near the top of the page.
3) On the My Account page, click the “Password” link in the sidebar.
4) Enter your current password and confirm it.
5) Click the “Change Password” button to create a new password.
6) Type your new password twice in the “New Password” field and click the “Change Password” button.
7) Click the “Log Out” button at the bottom of the page tolog out of your account.
How to unsubscribe from e-mails
If you no longer wish to receive e-mails from Moultrie, please follow these simple steps:
1. Open the Moultrie Parent Portal and navigate to the “Settings” tab.
2. Next to “E-mail notifications,” select the “Unsubscribe from all e-mails” checkbox.
3. Click the “Update settings” button to save your changes.
How to report a problem with Moultrie Parent Portal
If you need to report a problem with the Moultrie Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Moultrie Parent Portal account.
2. Click on the My Account link in the top right corner of the page.
3. On the My Account page, click on the Problems link in the left column.
4. On the Problems page, click on the Report a Problem link in the middle column.
5. Follow the instructions on the Report a Problem page to report your problem.
How to use Moultrie Parent Portal
If you are a Moultrie parent, you can use the Parent Portal to keep track of your child's activity, receive alerts when they are out and about, and access important school information. Here is how to login:
1. Go to www.moultrie.com/parentportal.
2. Log in using your email and password.
3. Click on the My Profile tab and fill out the information for your child. You can also update their contact information, medications, and daily schedule.
4. Under the Activity tab, you can see a history of your child's location and activities over the past day or week. This is helpful if you need to verify that your child is at school or playing safely.
