If you have an Office 365 subscription and are looking to manage your accounts or troubleshoot issues, then you'll need to login to the Office 365 Partner Portal. Here's a quick guide on how to do it!
Login to your Microsoft Office Partner Portal
To login to your Microsoft Office Partner Portal, you will need your username and password. To find out your username and password, look in the email that you received when you registered for your Partner Portal account. This email should include a link to the Partner Portal login page.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the resources that are available to your business through your Partner Portal account. You can find information about how to use Microsoft Office products, get help with billing and customer service issues, and more.
How to add a partner
If you're a Microsoft Office partner and you want to use the Partner Portal to manage your business, you need to add your partner account first.
To add your partner account, open the Partner Portal and click on My Account in the top left corner. This will take you to the My Account page.
On this page, you'll need to enter your partner ID and password. You can find your partner ID on the registration form that was sent to you when you joined Microsoft as a partner. The password is case-sensitive, so make sure you type it exactly the way it is shown on the form.
Once you've entered these details, click on Login in the top right corner. This will take you to the Login page. On this page, you'll need to enter your username and password. The username is the name that appears next to your partner ID on the Partner Portal, and the password is the same as your partner ID.
After you've entered these details, click on Log In in the top right corner. This will take you back to My Account page. Congratulations! You've now added your partner account to the Partner Portal and can start using it!
