Haines City High School is excited to launch their new student portal! This website provides parents and students with easy access to a variety of resources, including contact information for teachers and staff, current and upcoming events, and a calendar of classes.
To access the portal, please login using the following instructions:
1. Click on the “Login” tab on the home page of the portal.
2. Enter your student ID number (which can be found on your report card or on the school website) into the “User ID” field.
3. Enter your password into the “Password” field.
4. Click “Login.” You will now be directed to the main student portal page!
How to login to the Haines City High School Student Portal
If you are a Haines City High School student and have an account with the school, please follow these instructions to login to the Student Portal.
If you do not have an account with the school, or if you have forgotten your password, please follow these instructions to create a new account.
To login to the Student Portal:
1. Click on the "Log In" button on the top right corner of any page in the Student Portal.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will now be taken to the Dashboard page where you can access all of your account information.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or need to change it, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the "My Account" page on the home page of the website.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields.
3. Click "Update Password" to reset your password.
4. If you have forgotten your email address, please contact them at [email protected] for assistance in retrieving your login information.
How to report a problem with the portal
If you have a problem logging in to the portal, please follow these steps:
1. First, make sure you are using the correct username and password. If you are not sure what your username and password are, please contact the school office.
2. Next, make sure that you are using the latest version of the portal software. If you are using an older version of the portal software, your login may not work.
3. Finally, if you still cannot log in to the portal, please try resetting your password by clicking on "Forgot Your Password?" on the home page of the portal.
How to add or change your student account information
If you are a new or current Haines City High School student, you need to first create an account on their website. Once you have registered and logged in, you can add or change your account information. Here are instructions on how to do this:
1. Click the “My Account” link in the top menu of their website.
2. On the My Account page, click on the “Add New User” link in the left column.
3. Fill out the form with your full name, email address, and birthdate. Make sure to enter your user name correctly—we will use this name to identify you on their website and in their system.
4. Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form to create your account.
5. You will now be redirected to your newly created student account page. Here, you can add or change your personal information such as your school district, course enrollment, contact information, and more!

The high school district administration maintains a portal on their website for parents and students to use to login, access schedules, and more. The portal is located at www.hcisd.org and can be accessed by clicking the "Student Portal" tab on the main page.

To login to the student portal, students will need their NetID and password. NetID is a unique identifier that all Haines City School District students are assigned when they first enroll in school. Password is the password that students are assigned when they create their NetID. If a student has forgotten their password, they can request a new one from their school counselor or visit www.hcisd.org and click "Forgot Your Password?" under "My Account."
