How to login to Johnson Pediatrics Patient Portal
If you are a new patient, or have forgotten your login information, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" button located in the top right corner of any page on their website.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button.
3. You will be directed to a page where you can review and update your personal information. If you have any questions, please contact them at (651) 291-4400 or email us at [email protected].
How to find your health history and account information
If you are a new patient, or have never used their Patient Portal before, please follow these instructions to find your health history and account information.:
To access your health history:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal using your email address and password.
2. Click on "My Health History" on the left side of the screen.
3. On the My Health History screen, select the date range for which you would like to view your health information. Your health history will be displayed in chronological order. You can also select specific medications and labs you took during that time period.
4. To view more detailed information about any of the medications or tests you selected, click on the "more info" link next to each item. This will open a pop-up window with more detailed information about that particular medication or test.
5. If you would like to amend any of your health information or update your contact information, click on "Edit My Details" at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to a new screen where you can make changes to your health history, contact information, and account password.

How to change your password
To change your password, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "My Account" tab on the homepage.
2. On the My Account page, click on "Change Password."
3. Enter your current password in the "New Password" field and your new password in the "New Password Confirm" field.
4. Click on the "Update Profile" button to save your changes.
How to report a problem
If you are having trouble logging in or accessing the Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
- First, check to see if your computer is up to date with the latest security patches.
- If you are still having trouble logging in, please try resetting your password.
