If you are a vendor with products available for sale on the Fresh Direct Vendor Portal, you will need to login to your account in order to view your products and manage your orders. To login, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Vendor Portal homepage at freshdirect.com/vendor-portal.
2. Look for the Login link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields and click Log In.
4. You will be taken to the main vendor dashboard where you can view all of your products, manage your orders, and more!
How to submit a product for sale
If you're a fresh direct vendor, and you have products to sell, you can register for an account on the vendor portal. After you create your account, you'll need to login to submit products for sale. Here's how:
1. Go to the vendor portal at https://freshdirect.com/vendor-portal/.
2. Click the logo in the top left corner of the screen to open the main menu.
3. Click "Login."
4. Type your username and password in the fields that appear, and click "Log In."
5. If you're already logged in, your username and password will autofill. If not, click "Create Account" and enter your details.
6. Click "Products."
7. On the Products page, select the category of products you want to sell (for example, "Food").
8. On the product pages for each category, select the products you want to sell (for example, "Frozen Meals").
