How to sign up for an Eset account
Eset is a global provider of security solutions that delivers proactive protection against cyber threats. To create an account, visitwww.eset.com and sign in with your e-mail and password.
Once you have logged in, click on the My Account tab at the top of the page to see all of your active accounts. You can also manage your account settings and change your password by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page.
To sign up for a new account, click on the Sign Up button in the My Account section. You will need to provide your name and e-mail address, as well as choose a password. You will also be required to choose a security question and answer, and verify your identity by providing a government-issued ID or driverβs license number. After you complete these steps, you will be redirected to a confirmation page where you will need to confirm your account by clicking on the Confirm Your Account button.

How to connect your Eset account to a Google account
To connect your Eset account to a Google account, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Eset Portal.
2. Click on the "Settings" icon in the top right corner of the window.
3. On the "Settings" page, click on "Sign In".
4. Enter your email address and password in the fields provided and click on "Sign In".
5. You will now be taken to the "Google Accounts" page. Click on the link next to your Google account name to connect it.
6. You will now be able to log in to your Google account and access all of your Eset settings and data from within the Eset Portal.
How to add a payment method to your Eset account
If you have a subscription, you can easily add a payment method to your account by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Eset Portal.
2. Click on My Account on the top right corner of the screen.
3. On the My Account page, click on Add Payment Method on the left side.
4. Enter the details of your payment method (card number, expiration date, and security code) and click Next.
5. If you have added a new card to your account, you will need to enter its 4-digit CVV code next.
6. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
If you do not have a subscription, or if you would like to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Eset Portal.
2. Click on My Account on the top right corner of the screen.
3. On the My Account page, click on Renew Subscription under Your Account Details on the left side and enter your billing information. If you are cancelling your subscription before it expires, enter "CANCEL" in
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the Eset portal. If you are not already logged in, click on the login icon in the top left corner of the homepage and enter your user name and password.
2. In the menu on the left, click on "Change Password".
3. Enter your old password, and click on "Change Password".
4. Click on "Forgot Your Password?" in the menu on the right, and enter your new password twice. Then click on "Forgot Your Password?".
5. In the confirmation message that appears, click on "Yes, please activate my new password".
6. You will now be able to log in using your new password.
How to troubleshoot common Eset account issues
