How to login to Vodafone Web Portal
If you are new to Vodafone Web Portal, you will need to create an account first. Once you have logged in, we will show you how to use the different tools and menus.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at www.vodafone.com.
2. Click on the ‘My Account’ link in the top left corner of the page.
3. In the ‘Account Details’ panel on the right-hand side of the screen, click on ‘Password Reset’.
4. Enter your new password and confirm it.
5. If you want to keep your existing password, enter it here and click on ‘Save’.
How to add new devices
If you want to add a new device to your Vodafone Web Portal account, first click on the My Account icon in the top right hand corner of the screen, and then click on Devices. You will then be able to see a list of all of your devices. To add a new device, click on the Add New Device button. You will then be prompted to enter the following information:
- Device name
- Device type
- Network type
- Email address
- Password
- Country
Once you have entered all of the required information, click on the Submit button. Your new device will now be listed in the Devices section of your My Account page.
How to manage your account
If you haven't already, register for a Vodafone account at www.vodafone.com/webportal. Once you have registered and logged in, you can start managing your account by clicking on the 'My Account' tab on the left-hand side of the portal homepage. Here, you'll find all the information you need to keep track of your account, including your account number, email address and password. To login to your account, simply enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click 'Login'. You'll then be taken to the welcome page where you can start using all the features of the portal.
How to unsubscribe from marketing emails
If you want to unsubscribe from marketing emails, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Vodafone Web Portal account.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down and click on the "Newsletter Subscription" link.
4. On the "Newsletter Subscription" page, click on the "Unsubscribe from all Marketing Emails" link.
