2.Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the screen.
3.Scroll down to find "Forgot Username?" and "Forgot Password?" links. Click on either link to reset your username and password.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to the Ecu Student Health Portal using your username and password.
2. Click the “Forgot Password” link on the Login page.
3. Enter your username and new password in the appropriate fields and click the “Update” button.
4. You are now logged in to the Ecu Student Health Portal with a new password!
How to report a health issue
If you are experiencing an emergency health issue, please call 911. If you are experiencing a non-emergency health issue and would like to report it, please login to the Ecu Student Health Portal and follow these steps:
1. Click on “Health” on the main menu of the Ecu Student Health Portal.
2. On the “Health” page, click on the “Report a Health Issue” link in the header.
3. Complete the form and submit it.

How to access your health records

How to choose a doctor
If you are looking for a doctor who is familiar with ecu health, consider visiting the Ecu Student Health Portal. The portal offers a list of doctors who are registered with the site and have completed a training program on how to provide care for ecu patients.
To find a doctor on the Ecu Student Health Portal, first search for a practitioner by either specialty or location. Once you have found a doctor you would like to see, click on their name to open their profile. On this profile, you will be able to find information about their experience working with ecu patients, such as their qualifications and specialties. You can also read reviews from other patients to get an idea of what to expect from your appointment.

If you are a full-time student at an accredited college or university in the United States, you may be eligible for health insurance through your school. To find out if you are eligible, and to sign up for health insurance through your school, follow these steps:
1. Visit the Ecu Student Health Portal.
2. On the home page, under "Services," click "Health Insurance."
3. If you are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, or have a valid student visa, you will be prompted to enter your citizenship or immigration status. If you are not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, or do not have a valid student visa, you will need to register as a student first and then sign up for health insurance.
4. Under "Insurance Type," select "Health Insurance."
5. On the next page, select your school from the list of schools represented on the Ecu Student Health Portal. You will then be asked to enter your school's name and contact information. You will also be asked to provide your date of birth and other personal information required by your school's insurance provider.
