How to login to the District Parent Portal
If you are a parent or guardian of a student in the District, you can login to the District Parent Portal to manage your student's educational records. You can also access important information about your student's education and school performance.
To login to the District Parent Portal, go to www.districtofrichmond.org and enter your user name and password. You will be automatically logged in if you have already registered with the District. If you have not yet registered with the District, click on "Register" on the left hand side of the homepage and follow the instructions.

How to manage your account
If you are a parent in a district where the Parent Portal is available, you can manage your account and access important information about your child's education.

After you have entered your school ID, you will be prompted to enter your password. You can also click on the "My Account" link on the home page to view your account information or change your password.
You can also manage your account by email. To do this, go to the My Account page and click on the "Email Me" link next to the "Contact Information" section. You will then be able to send an email to the address that is listed there. In this email, you will need to include your school ID and password. The Parent Portal team will then be able to access your account information.

If you have any concerns or issues with the District Parent Portal, please first try to resolve them through the district's contact information. If that doesn't work, you can submit a concern or issue through the District Parent Portal.

In order to report a concern or issue, you will need to fill out a form and attach your concerned or issue document. Once your form is completed, please click on "Submit" to submit it.
