How to login to Suntrust Employee Portal
To login to the Suntrust Employee Portal, follow these steps:
1. From your computer, open a web browser and type in the URL for the Suntrust Employee Portal, which is www.suntrust.com/employee-portal
2. Click on the login link in the upper left corner of the page.
3. Enter your user name and password, and click on OK.
4. You will be taken to a screen where you can start exploring the site.
How to find your account number
If you have forgotten your Suntrust Employee Portal account number, you can find it by following these steps:
1. Log into the Suntrust Employee Portal website.
2. Click on "My profile" in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Under "Personal Information," click on "Account Number."
4. Enter your account number and click on "Update."

How to dispute a charge
If you have a problem with a charge on your bank statement, you can dispute the charge. To do this, you'll need to login to your Suntrust Employee Portal and go to Dispute a Charge.

How to file a complaint
If you have a complaint about your experience with Suntrust, you can file a complaint through their Employee Portal. To login, follow these instructions:
1. Go to the Employee Portal at www.suntrust.com/EmployeePortal2
2. Enter your username and password to access your account.
3. Click on the "Complaint Form" link on the left side of the page.
4. Complete the form and click submit.
Once you submit your complaint, their team will review it and work to address your concerns as quickly as possible.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your contact information, or would like to add a new contact, you can update your information in your Suntrust Employee Portal account. To login to the Suntrust Employee Portal, click the "Login" link in the upper right corner of any page. Enter your username and password, and click "Log In." On the left side of the screen, under "My Profile," click "Contact Info." You will be presented with a list of all of your contacts in the Suntrust system. To update an individual contact's information, click on that contact's name, and then enter the new information in the appropriate fields. When you are finished, click "Save Changes."
