How to login to the Cerner Web Portal
If you are not already logged in to the Cerner Web Portal, please follow these steps to login:
1. Click on the Login link located at the top right corner of the home page.
2. Enter your user name and password and click on the Log In button.
3. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please click on the Reset Password link and enter your email address as well as the new password that you want to use.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your Cerner password, or need to change it, you can login to your account through the web portal. Follow these steps:
1. Click the My Account icon at the top of the homepage.
2. Select Change Password in the menu that appears.
3. Enter your current Cerner password and click Change Password.
4. You will be prompted to confirm your new password. Click Confirm New Password.
5. If you have multiple accounts with Cerner, select the account you want to login to from the drop-down list that appears after you enter your new password.
6. Click Log In at the top of the page.
How to cancel your account
If you need to cancel your account, you can do so by going to the "My Account" page and clicking on the "Cancel Account" button. You will then be taken to a confirmation page where you can confirm the cancellation.
How to use the Cerner Web Portal
The Cerner Web Portal is a user-friendly online tool that helps healthcare providers access their medical records and electronic health records (EHRs). To login to the Web Portal, follow these steps:
1. From any computer that has internet access, open the browser and go to https://portal.cerner.com/.
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click Sign In.
3. Enter your email address and password, and click Log In.
4. If you are not already signed in, you will be prompted to sign in with your Cerner ID. If you do not have a Cerner ID, create an account now and click Log In at the bottom of the page.
5. On the left side of the screen, under My Account, click My Profile to see your account information and settings. You can also change your password here.
