How to login
If you have forgotten your login information or need help to retrieve it, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the Slu Patient Portal using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot Password” link located on the top right corner of every page within the Slu Patient Portal. Once you have entered your email address and password, you will be directed to the “Log In” screen.
2. Click on “My Profile” located in the top right corner of the screen. On this screen, you will be able to see all of the information that is associated with your account, including your login name and password.
3. To retrieve your login name and password, click on the “Forgot Password” link located at the bottom of each My Profile page within the Slu Patient Portal. You will then be directed to a page where you can enter your email address and new password. After you have entered these details, click on “Submit” to log back in to the Slu Patient Portal.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these instructions to reset it:
1. Log in to the Slu Patient Portal.
2. Click on “My Account” in the top navigation bar.
3. On the left side of the My Account page, click on “Change Password”.
4. Enter your current password and click on “Change Password” again.
5. You will be prompted to create a new password. Make sure that you remember this new password! You will need it to log back in once you have reset your old password.
