4. You will now be taken to a confirmation page where you can verify your changes. Once you have verified your changes, click on the "Update Profile" button to return to the main portal page.

1. Log in to your student portal account.
2. Click the “User Management” link located on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
3. Select the user you would like to block or unblock from the list of users.
4. Click on the “Block” or “Unblock” button next to their username.
5. Confirm your action by clicking on the “Yes, Block This User” or “Yes, Unblock This User” button.
