How to Login to the Patient Portal

3. Once you have logged in, you will be presented with a list of options on the left-hand side of the screen. Under "My Account", click on "Profile".
4. On the "Profile" page, you will see information about your medical history as well as information about any treatments that you have had. You can also view your medications and requests for appointments online by clicking on "My Medications" or "My Appointments".
