Carbonite Partner Portal is a web-based portal that allows partners to manage their account, access product data, and connect with Carbonite for support. In this article, we'll show you how to login to the Carbonite Partner Portal.
Carbonite Partner Portal How to Login
If you are a Carbonite Partner, you can login to the portal using your partner login credentials. If you are not a Carbonite Partner, you can create an account and then login using your email address and password.
To login to the Carbonite Partner Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Carbonite account.
2. Click on the partners link in the top left corner of the page.
3. Under Login Options, select My Partners from the dropdown menu.
4. Enter your partner login credentials in the appropriate fields and click Log In.
5. If you are not a Carbonite Partner, enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click Log In.
Account Summary
If you are logged into the Carbonite Partner Portal, but want to see your account summary, follow these steps:
1. From the main menu, click on Account Summary.
2. This will open a new window with your account summary. You can also view your account summary by selecting it from the drop-down menu next to My Account in the top right corner of any page on their website.
Addresses
There are a few ways to access Carbonite Partner Portal from the web.
The first is to open the Carbonite website in your browser and type in carbonite.com/partnerportal into the address bar.
If you have an account with Carbonite, you can also click on the “Sign In” link in the upper right corner of any page on their website and enter your email address and password. If you don’t have an account with Carbonite, you can create an account here.
If you are a registered partner with Carbonite, you can also sign in to their partner portal using your partner portal login credentials.
If you have not registered for an account yet, or if you have lost your login credentials, you can sign up for a new account here.
Bill Payment History
Please login to your Carbonite Partner Portal account and view your payment history. This information is also available in the My Account section of the partner portal. You can also manage your account settings, including your billing preferences, by logging into your partner portal account. Please note that this is a secure site and you will need to create a password to access your account. If you have forgotten your password, please contact them at [email protected].
To view your payment history:
1. Click the My Account link in the navigation bar at the top of the partner portal homepage.
2. In the My Account section, click on Payment History.
3. In the Payment History section, you will see a list of all of your current payments and their corresponding dates. You can also see how much money you have left in your account and how much money you have paid out so far this month. To manage your billing preferences, please click on the Billing Preferences link next to each payment record.
Transactions
If you need to Login to your Carbonite Partner Portal account, follow these steps:
1. Log into the Carbonite website.
2. Click on the Account link in the top navigation bar.
3. Select My Partner Portal from the list of account types displayed on the page.
4. Enter your login credentials and click on Log In.
5. If you have not yet created a My Partner Portal account, you will be prompted to do so now.
Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your current transactions organized by category.
Add a New User
1.Go to Carbonite.com and sign in.
2.From the top menu, select Settings.
3.Select Users.
4.Click New User at the top of the Users screen.
5.Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click Next: Password.
6.Select a password for your account and click Next: Confirm Password.
7.Click Create Account to finish creating your account.
8.Your new user account is now active!
Remove a User from an Organization
If you want to remove a user from an organization, you will need to login to the Carbonite Partner Portal. From the home screen, select Organizations. On the left side of the screen, select the organization you want to view information for. The list of users on this organization will be displayed. To the right of each user's name, there is a link that says Remove User. Click this link and a new window will open. In this window, you will need to provide the user's username and password. Once you have entered these details, click OK. The user will be removed from the organization and their account will be closed.
Change Password and Email Address
If you have forgotten your password or need to update your email address, please follow these instructions.
1) Log in to Carbonite Partner Portal.
2) Click on the "My Account" link in the top menu bar.
3) Enter your login credentials and click on the "Login" button.
4) Under "Your Profile", click on the "Account Settings" link.
5) On the "Account Settings" page, click on the "Change Password" link.
6) Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click on the "Update Profile" button.
7) Click on the "Email Address" link and enter your new email address in the "New Email Address" field.
Create or Edit an Organization Profile
If you are not an administrator of a Carbonite partner portal organization, you cannot create or edit an organization profile. To become an administrator of a Carbonite partner portal organization, see the article How to Manage Your Partner Portal Organizations.
Carbonite Partner Portal How to use
If you are not a Carbonite partner, you can proceed to the next section. However, if you are a Carbonite partner, please follow these steps to use the Partner Portal:
1. Log in to your account on the Partner Portal.
2. Click the "Account" tab at the top of the page.
3. Enter your login information and password (if applicable).
4. Click the "Log In" button.
5. If you are a new partner, you will be asked to create an account. After creating your account, you will be able to continue with these instructions.
6. If you are already logged in, click the "My Account" tab at the top of the page.
7. Under "My Account," click on "Settings."
8. Under "Settings," click on "General."
9. In the "General Settings" box, under "Sign In Method," select "Password."
10. Save your changes by clicking on the blue "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.
