What is the Campus Administrative Portal?
The Campus Administrative Portal (CAP) is a web-based system used to manage the administrative functions of the CSU. CAP allows users to access their academic and personnel records, pay tuition and fees, register for classes, apply for student financial assistance, and more.
How to login to the CAP?
The first step is to create an account on the CAP. To do this, visit https://login.csufresno.edu and enter your username and password. You will then be prompted to create a new password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by contacting their Help Desk at 559-278-3282 or [email protected]. After logging in, you will be taken to the home screen where you will see the main menus: Academic Affairs, Financial Aid & Scholarships, Registration & Billing, and Student Services. From here, you can access all of your desired resources!
How to Login to the Campus Administrative Portal
If you are a Csu student, faculty or staff member and have not already registered for the Campus Administrative Portal, please go to https://portal.cssu.edu and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you have created an account, you will be able to access many important campus services such as your MyCSU account, payroll, and enrollment management. To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. From any computer on campus, open the browser and type in portal.cssu.edu into the address bar.
2. Click the “Login” link in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Enter your user name and password and click “Log In”.
4. If you have previously registered for the portal, your username and password will be displayed next to “Registered Users” on the left side of the page. If not, please enter your email address in the “Email Address” field and click “Create Account”. Your registration will then be processed and you will receive an email notification with your login information.
