How to login to Brock Parent Portal
To login to the Brock Parent Portal, follow these simple steps:
1. From any computer on your network, open a web browser and enter the Brock Parent Portal’s website (www.brocku.ca/parentportal).
2. On the left side of the screen, click “Login.”
3. Enter your username and password and click “Log In.”
4. You will be taken to the home page of the Brock Parent Portal.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to the Brock Parent Portal.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
3. In the "Passwords" section, click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
4. Enter your email address and click on the "Create New Password" button.
5. Enter a new password and confirm it, then click on the "Update Password" button.
How to view your student’s grades
If you are a Brock parent, you can view your student’s grades on the Parent Portal. After logging in, click on My Students. You will see a list of all your students. Underneath each student’s name, you will see their grades. The grades are listed in terms of A-F and the GPA for each student is also displayed. You can also print out a copy of the grading report for each student.
How to add/remove a student from your account
Adding or removing a student from your account is easy! To add or remove a student, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Brock Parent Portal.
2. Click the "Students" tab.
3. Click on the student's name to view their information.
4. If you want to add or remove the student from your account, click on the "Add/Remove From Account" link next to the student's name.

How to unsubscribe from Brock Parent Portal communications
