How to Login to Digicel Portal
If you have not already done so, you will need to create an account on the Digicel Portal. You can find instructions on how to do this here. Once you have created your account, you will need to log in. To log in, click on the 'Log In' link at the top of the page. You will then be directed to enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact customer service at 0800 957 940 or via email at [email protected]
My Digicel Portal Account
If you have an account with Digicel, you're already halfway there! Follow these simple steps to login and start using your portal:
1. Open your browser and go to digicel.com.
2. Log in with your email address and password.
3. Click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page.
4. Click on the 'Login' button next to your username (this will take you to a new page).
5. Enter your email address and password into the fields on this page, and click on the 'Login' button to finish!
Managing Your Digicel Portal Account
To manage your Digicel Portal account, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Digicel Portal account by visiting http://portal.digicel.com.
2. In the top left corner of the screen, click on My Account.
3. On the My Account page, click on your name in the top right corner and then on Profile.
4. On the Profile page, click on Login to continue.
5. Enter your Digicel Portal login credentials and click on Log In.
If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address and click on Reset Password. If you have lost your Digicel Portal login credentials, please contact customer service at 1-800-222-DIGICEL (3334).
Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your Digicel Portal password, or if you need to change it for security reasons, follow these steps:
1. Click the account menu button in the top left corner of the portal.
2. Select "My Account."
3. On the "My Account" page, click on "Change Password."
4. Enter your current password and new password twice. Click on "Update Preferences."
5. Click on "Logout" at the bottom of the page to log out of your account.
Delete Your Account
If you want to delete your Digicel Portal account, you need to follow these steps:
Login to your portal account by clicking on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the homepage. Click on the "Profile" tab at the top of the page. In the "Profile" tab, click on "Account Settings." On the "Account Settings" page, click on the "Delete Account" button. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "OK" button. Your account will be deleted within a few minutes.
Activating your Digicel Portal Account
If you have not already done so, please activate your Digicel Portal account by following these simple steps:
- Log in to your Digicel Portal account using your email and password
- Click on the 'Activate portal account' link in the top right corner of the home page
- Follow the instructions onscreen to complete the activation process.
Adding a new phone number to your account
If you've forgotten your Digicel Portal login information, don't worry! Here's how to add a new phone number to your account. First, head to the Digicel Portal and sign in. Then, click My Account in the top navigation bar. In the My Account page, click Add a new phone number under My Profile. Enter your new phone number and click Save. Now you're ready to start surfing the web and making calls!
Transferring your number to Digicel Portal
If you're looking to transfer your Digicel number to Digicel Portal, here's how to do it:
-First, head on over to the Digicel Portal website and sign in.
-On the main screen, click on the "Your Number" tab.
-Select the number you want to transfer from the dropdown menu and click on "Next."
-On the next screen, you'll need to provide some basic information about your number (name, address, etc.), as well as choose a new provider.
-Click on "Next" again and finally hit "Submit."
That's it! Your number will be transferred over to Digicel Portal and you can start using all of the great features that the portal has to offer!
Claiming a port-in number
If you have a Digicel Portal account and have not claimed a port-in number, you can do so by following these steps:1. Log in to your Digicel Portal account2. Click on the My Accounts tab3. Under Port-in Numbers, select Claim my port-in number4. Enter your Digicel Portal account username and password5. Click on the Claim my port-in number button6. On the next page, enter the details of your port-in number7. Once you have entered all of the information correctly, click on the Submit button8. You will now be taken to the confirmation page, where you will need to click on the I agree button9. Finally, you will be taken to the Port-in Number claim page, where you can see your new port-in number
Disabling port-in
If you are using a Digicel Portal device and have noticed that port-in is not working, there are a few things you can do to disable it.
1. On the Settings screen of your Digicel Portal device, tap on the Menu button and select Settings.
2. In the Settings screen, tap on the Security tab.
3. On the Security tab, tap on the Port-in checkbox and then tap on the Disable button.
