Sign in to the Azure Management Portal using your Microsoft account. In the left navigation pane, select subscriptions. On the main menu, select New subscription. On the Create subscription page, enter a name for your subscription and select a subscription type. Select a region from the list on the left, and then select a country or region from the list on the right. Select a size for your subscription. Click Create subscription.
