Adding a new user in Azure Ea Portal is easy. Here's how:

How to export data from Azure Ea Portal
If you want to export data from Azure Ea Portal, there are a few different ways to do it.
The easiest way is to use the Export button on the Data tab in the portal. This will export all of your data into a comma-separated value (CSV) file. You can then open that file in a text editor like Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice Calc and explore it.
