If you are new to the Alliance Alpha Portal, or just need help logging in, follow these simple steps:

How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, or need to reset it, please follow these instructions.
To reset your password, click the "Forgotten Password" link on the login screen. You will be prompted to enter your old password and new password. If you have not changed your password in a while, the new password may be automatically generated for you.
How to create an account
If you are not already a member of the Alliance Alpha Portal, now is the time to become one. To create an account, follow these simple steps:
-Open the Alliance Alpha Portal and click on "Create Account" in the upper right corner.
-Enter your name, email address, password and click on "Create Account."
-You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your username and password and click on "Login."
If you have previously registered for an account, you will be prompted to enter your user name and password.

If you're already signed in to an account on the Alliance Alpha Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click your name in the top right corner of the main screen.
2. Select "Account Details."
3. Under "Login," enter your username and password.
4. Click "Sign In."
How to share a file
If you want to share a file with someone, you can do so by using the Alliance Alpha Portal. To login and share a file, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Alliance Alpha Portal and sign in.
2. Click on the "Share Files" button located in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select the file you want to share and click on the "Share" button.
4. Enter a name for the file and click on "Share".
How to print a document
If you need to print a document from your Alliance Alpha Portal, follow these instructions:
1. From the main menu, select "Print."
2. Click on the "Print Document" button.
3. Select the page(s) you want to print and click on the "Print" button.
How to add or remove users from a group
If you want to add or remove users from a group, follow these steps:
Log in to the Alliance Alpha Portal. Click Groups on the left menu. Click the group you want to modify. On the Members tab, click Add Member. Enter the user's username and password. Click Save.
If you want to add or remove users from all groups, follow these steps:
Log in to the Alliance Alpha Portal. Click Sites on the left menu. Click All Sites on the top menu bar. On the Properties tab, under Authentication, click Edit Site Settings. In Site Settings, under Authentication, click Edit Group Settings. In Group Settings, under Authentication, click Edit Users and groups settings. In Users and groups settings, under Authentication Methods, select Add User or Group. Enter the user's username and password (or select one of the predefined groups). Click Save Changes.
