Welcome to the Austin College Portal! This website allows you to access your account, register for classes, and more. How to login to the Austin College Portal
To login to the Austin College Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MyAC account.
2. Click on the "Portal" tab located in the left-hand column of the MyAC home page.
3. Enter your MyAC username and password in the appropriate fields and click on "Log In."
4. You will now be directed to the Austin College Portal homepage.
5. Click on the "My AC" tab located on the top right-hand corner of the homepage and select your desired course listing from the drop-down menu.
6. Scroll down to view all of your courses and their corresponding grades/progress reports.
7. Click on any course title to view its details, including course syllabi, required materials, and links to online resources.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your Austin College Portal password, or if you need to change it, follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your account on the portal.
2. Click "My Account" on the top nav bar.
3. Under "Account Settings," click "Password."
4. Enter your current password and click "Change Password."
5. Type in a new password and click "Confirm Password."
6. Click "Close."
How to update your personal information
If you have a new email address, you can update your personal information by clicking on the 'Update Profile' button on the My Account page. If you have not yet created an account, you will need to create one before you can update your personal information.
How to add or remove courses
If you are a current or former student at Austin College and want to add or remove courses, you can do this through the Portal. To add or remove courses, follow these steps:
Log in to the Portal. Click on My Courses on the left side of the screen. Select the course you want to add or remove from your record. If you are adding a course, click Add Course and complete the following steps:
1. Enter the course number.
2. Enter the term for which you are registering for this course (Semester, Quarter, etc.).
3. Enter your class rank if you are registered in a regular class (1-99).
4. Click Submit Course Addition/Removal form to submit your request.
5. If you are removing a course, click on the course name and then click on Delete Course from My Courses on the left side of the screen. Follow the prompts to delete this course from your record.
