1. Log into your Google Chrome browser.
2. Click on the three lines in the top right corner of the screen.
3. In the "Open With" drop-down list, select "Google Chrome."
4. Type "https://teamportal.alliancehealthsystem.org/" into the address bar and press Enter.
5. On the login screen, type your username and password and click on the "Log In" button.
How to find the information you need

How to report a patient safety concern
If you have a patient safety concern, please login to the Alliance Radiology Team Member Portal to report the issue. The portal is available at: https://www.allianceradiology.com/team-member-portal/. Once you are logged in, select the "Report a Patient Safety Concern" link in the upper right corner of the page. You will need to provide some basic information about the incident, including who was involved and when it occurred. They will use this information to investigate and take appropriate action.

2. Click on My Progress to view a list of all of your completed sections. You can also view your progress by clicking on one of the Sections heading links at the top of any section.
