How to Login to your Patient Portal
If you are a patient at All Children's Clinic and have an account, you can login to your Patient Portal to access your medical records and other important information. To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the website using your user name and password.
2. On the left side of the screen, click on "My Account."
3. On the My Account page, under "View My Medical Record," select the option that is best for you. You can view your medical record by date, medication list, or test results.
4. If you would like to update any of your information in your medical record, click on the "Update" link next to that item.
How to Access Your Treatment History
If you have ever been to the All Children's Clinic, you may have had to fill out a paper health history form. If you have ever had care at the clinic, your electronic health record (EHR) may already contain information about your treatment. To find out how to access your treatment history through the EHR, follow these steps:
How to Adjust Your Medications
If you are experiencing side effects from your medications, there are a few easy steps that you can take to adjust them. The All Children's Clinic Patient Portal provides detailed instructions on how to do this. To adjust your medication:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal.
2. Click on "My Medications."
3. On the left-hand side of the screen, under "Medication," click on the name of the medication that you want to change.
4. Under "Instructions for taking this medication," read the instructions that appear and follow them closely.
5. If you have any questions, please contact your doctor or pharmacist.
How to Make Changes to Your Health Plan
At the All Children's Clinic, we want you to be as comfortable and informed as possible about your care. To make changes to your health plan, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your patient portal account. You can find their patient portal on the website at www.allchildrensclinic.org/patients/ or by using the patient portal app available in the App Store and Google Play stores.
2. Click on "My Health Plans" in the left-hand navigation bar.
3. If you have multiple health plans, click on "My Health Plans" again and select the health plan you would like to make changes to.
4. On the "My Health Plans" page, click on "Change Plan Info."
5. In the "Change Plan Info" page, enter your new information and click on "Submit Changes."
6. Your changes will be verified and you will be notified if there are any issues with your changes.
How to Register for a Appointment
If you are looking for information on how to register for an appointment at the All Children’s Clinic, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit their website and click on the “Appointments” link on the homepage.
Step 2: On the Appointments page, you will see a list of all of their clinics. Select the clinic that you would like to visit.
Step 3: On the clinic page, you will see a list of all of their available appointments. Select the appointment that you would like to schedule.
Step 4: You will now be taken to the Registration page for that particular clinic. On this page, you will need to provide your name, date of birth, gender, and pediatrician name if you have one. You will also need to provide your email address and phone number. Please note that we do not accept walk-ins at this time.
