Employees need to be able to access their personal information and files from any device, anywhere. With an employee portal, you can provide employees with a secure login portal so that they can access their files from any device or location.
How to login to the Employee Portal
When you first log in to the Employee Portal, you will be asked to create a user name and password. Please enter your user name and password below.
To log in to the Employee Portal from any computer, open your web browser and go to www.company.com/employeeportal (where company is the name of your company).
If you have forgotten your user name or password, please contact their customer service team at 877-829-9353.
How to manage your profile
If you are an employee, you can manage your profile by logging in to your Employee Portal. From the home page, click on "My Profile" under the "My Profile" tab. You will need to enter your login information and select the "Edit My Profile" button. In the "Profile Information" section, you can update your contact information, job title, and company name. You can also view and edit your resume and portfolio. You can also access your online job applications and track the status of your applications. Finally, you can manage your communication preferences by setting up email preferences and subscribing to company newsletters.
How to add or edit your job duties
Adding or editing your job duties is easy with the Employee Portal. Log in to the portal and click on "Jobs" in the main menu. On the Jobs page, you'll see a list of all the jobs in your department. Click on the job you want to edit, and you'll be taken to its details page. On this page, you can add or edit your job responsibilities.
How to update your contact information
If you want to update your contact information on the Employee Portal, you can do so by logging in to the portal and clicking on "My Profile" in the top navigation bar. From there, you can click on "Contact Info" and enter your new information.
How to change your password
If you haven't done so already, please visit the Employee Portal's login page and change your password. You will need your old password to do this, so make sure to keep it safe!
How to report a problem
If you are having a problem logging into the Employee Portal, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the "Employee Portal" link on the Homepage.
Step 2: On the left-hand side of the screen, select "Login."
Step 3: Enter your login credentials and click "Log In." If you have forgotten your login credentials, please contact your supervisor or human resources.
Step 4: If you are still having difficulty logging in, please contact your supervisor or human resources for assistance.
