How to submit a leave request
If you are an Air Canada employee and need time off, there are a few steps you need to take. The easiest way to submit a leave request is through the Air Canada Hr Connex Portal. You can find the portal at aircanada.com/hrconnector.
To login, enter your employee number and password in the appropriate fields and click on the Login button. Then select Leave Request from the Menu on the left side of the page.
On the Leave Request page, you will need to provide information about the requested leave, such as the date you want to take it, the reason for it, and your estimated return date. You can also choose to include a leave memo if you have something you want us to keep in mind while you're gone.
Once you have completed all of the information on the Leave Request page, click on Submit. Your request will be processed and a notification email will be sent to you with more information about your leave.
