How to login to the Aima Student Portal
If you are a current Aima student, you can login to the portal using your username and password. If you are not currently a student, you can find out more about becoming one and sign up for an account by clicking here.
How to access your Aima account
If you are not already registered with Aima, please go to their website and enter your student email address and password. Once you have logged in, you will see the main page of the portal. On the left side of the page, under "My Account," there is a drop-down menu that lets you access your courses, grades, files, and messages.
To get started with theming the portal, click on "Courses." On this page, you can see all of your current courses and their respective deadlines. Each course has a title, description, textbook information (if applicable), pre-requisites (if any), and course materials (such as textbooks). The "Status" column shows whether or not the course has started and whether or not it is currently in progress. The "Location" column indicates where the course will be held: on campus or online. The "Instructor" column shows who will be teaching the course.

How to add or update your student profile
To add or update your student profile on the Aima portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Aima account using your username and password.
2. Click My Profile on the top right corner of the screen.
3. On the My Profile page, click Add a new profile or Update an existing profile.
4. Fill out the required information and click Save.

How to manage your courses and enrolments
If you are a new Aima student, you will need to create an account before you can manage your courses and enrolments. To create an account, click the ‘Sign In’ button on the top right hand corner of this page. If you have already registered for Aima, login using your username and password.
Once you have logged in, you will see the main menu on the left hand side of the screen. On this menu, you will find links to manage your courses and enrolments.
There are three main ways to manage your courses and enrolments: by course, by course options and by terms. The first two options are self-explanatory, but let us take a look at how to view your terms overview. To view your terms overview, click on the ‘Terms’ link in the ‘Courses’ section of the menu on the left hand side of the screen. This will open a new window which shows all of your current terms. How to pay your fees
If you have already registered for classes at Aima, you can login to your account and pay your fees. To login, click on the 'My Account' tab at the top of the page, and then click on 'Pay My Fees'. You will be asked to enter your student number and password. After you have logged in, click on the 'Fees' link on the left-hand side of the screen. You will then be able to select which courses you want to pay for, and how much money you want to spend. After you have made your payment, click on the 'Logout' button at the bottom of the screen.
