Twickenham Academy Learning Portal
Login to your Twickenham Academy Learning Portal account. This can be done by clicking on the link in the email that you received after you registered for the portal. Once you have logged in, click on the logo in the top right corner to view all of the available content on the portal.
In this article we will show you how to create a new course, add a new student and submit a course evaluation.
How to login
If you have forgotten your login details, or just want to check if you are logged in, follow these instructions:
1. Click on the 'Login' link at the top of the home page.
2. Enter your username and password in the boxes provided and click on the 'Log In' button.
3. If you are logged in, you will be taken to the home page. If not, please enter your username and password again and click on the 'Log In' button.
How to create a new account
In order to create a new account on the Twickenham Academy Learning Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" link located on the top right hand corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields and click on the "Create Account" button.
3. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter your email address and choose a password for your account.
4. Once you have completed the registration process, you will be able to log in to your account and access all of the resources available on their Learning Portal.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Login" link on the homepage of the website. This will take you to the login page.
2. Enter your username and password, and click the "Log In" button. If you have forgotten your username, please contact their support team at [email protected].
3. If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address below and we will send you a new password for use on their website. Your new password will be sent to the email address that is registered with your account. You will be able to log in with this new password from now on.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your contact information, or if you have no longer had a login account for a long time, you need to update your information on the Learning Portal. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Learning Portal.
2. Click on your name in the upper-left corner of the screen.
3. Under "My Account," click on "Update Contact Information."
4. Complete the form and click "Upload File."
5. Select a file to upload, and click "Upload."
6. Follow the instructions on the screen to finish updating your contact information.
How to unsubscribe from their emails
If you no longer want to receive emails from us, please follow the instructions below.:

1. Click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send.
2. Follow the instructions on the screen.
