What is the Access Health Patient Portal?
The Access Health Patient Portal is a patient portal that allows patients to manage their health information and access their medical records. The Portal is available to residents of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
How to Login to the Portal:
To login to the Access Health Patient Portal, patients will need their Patient ID number and password. Patients can find their Patient ID number on the back of their medical record or on the patient website.
Once logged in, patients will be able to access their health information, view their medical records, and speak with their healthcare providers.

How to Login to the Patient Portal
If you are a new patient or have not logged in to the Patient Portal in the past, you will need to do so now. Please follow these steps:
1. From any computer with internet access, open www.accesshealth.gov and sign in using your Access Health ID and password (if you have one).
2. On the main page, click on the "Patients" tab and then on the "Login" link near the top of the page. Enter your Access Health ID and password, and then click on the "Log In" button.
3. If you are a returning patient, your login information is already saved in your account. Simply click on the "Remember Me" checkbox and then enter your Access Health ID and password again. You will not need to enter your primary care provider (PCP) number this time.
4. If you are a new patient, you will need to enter some basic information about yourself. Click on the "I am a New Patient" link near the top of the page to begin filling out this form. You will need to provide your name, date of birth, zip code, and insurance

How to Use the Patient Portal
If you are a patient, you can use the Patient Portal to manage your health information and find information about available healthcare services. You can also sign up for healthcare alerts and connect with your health care team. Here is how to login:
1. Go to www.accesshealth.gov/patients (or the website that serves your state).
2. In the main navigation bar, click "Patient Portal."
3. In the Patient Portal, click "Log In."
4. Enter your name (first and last) and password in the appropriate fields and click "Log In."
5. If you have an Access Health account, enter your access code in the "Account" field and click "Log In."
6. If you do not have an Access Health account, click "Create Account." You will then be prompted to create a profile and provide some basic information about yourself. After you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your appointments in the Patient Portal calendar.
Tips for Navigating the Patient Portal
When you first log into the Access Health Patient Portal, you'll be greeted with a screen that looks something like this.
On the left side of the screen, you'll see a list of categories, such as "My Profile" and "My Health Records." On the right side of the screen, you'll see different tabs, such as "Doctor," "Patient," and "Services."
To log in to the Patient Portal, click on the "Login" tab on the right side of the screen. You will be prompted to enter your username and password.
