2. Click on “My Portals” in the top left corner of your screen.
3. Under “VGI Student Portal,” click on the link that says “Login.”
4. Enter your username and password and click on the “Log In” button.
5. You will now be taken to your profile page. On this page, you can add or update your personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number. You can also set up MyPortal accounts for yourself and members of your family. How to refund a purchase
If you have made a purchase on the Vgi Student Portal and would like to request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account and click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Under "My Purchases", find the purchase you would like to refund and click on it.
3. On the right-hand side of the screen, under "Refunds & Returns", click on "Request a Refund".
4. In the "Refund Request Details" section, please provide as much information as possible about your purchase including the order number, item code, and reason for requesting a refund.
5. Click on "Submit Request". You will receive a response from Vgi requesting that you return the product(s) to them within 7 days in order to process a refund. Please note that any products that are not returned within this time will be considered lost property and you will not be able to receive a refund for those products.
