Zynex Portal is a web-based portal that allows you to manage your company's communication and collaboration needs. As a business owner, it's important to have a system in place that enables you to easily keep track of all the conversations happening within your company. How to login to Zynex Portal
If you are a new user, or have forgotten your password, follow these simple steps to login:
1. Sign in to your personal account: Click the “Sign In” button in the top right corner of the screen. Enter your email address and password. You will be logged in automatically.
2. If you are an administrator, sign in as follows: Click on the “Administrator” tab in the top right corner of the screen. Enter your email address and password. You will be logged in as an administrator.
3. If you are a guest user, sign in as follows: Click on the “Guest User” tab in the top right corner of the screen. Enter your email address and click on “Sign In”. You will be prompted for a password.
4. If you are not signed in, click on “New User?” at the bottom of this page to create a new account or log in if you have an existing account.
How to change your password
If you forgot your password, or if you would like to change it, follow these simple steps:
1. From any page on the Zynex Portal, click "Login" in the top right corner.
2. In the "Login" box, type your email address and password (or click "Forgot Your Password?" to get started).
3. Click "Login." If you are already logged in, you will see the log-in screen. If not, you will be prompted to create a new account.
4. Enter your current password and click "Change Password." You will now be redirected to your new password page.
5. Enter your new password twice (click "Confirm New Password"), and then click "Save Changes." You are now logged in to the Zynex Portal!

How to cancel your subscription
If you need to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
1. Log into the Zynex Portal.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab.
3. Under the “Subscriptions” heading, click on the “Cancel Subscription” link.
How to use Zynex Portal
Login into Zynex Portal: Click on the Login link at the top of the home page. Enter your username and password, and click Log In.
If you have not registered for an account yet, you will be prompted to do so before you can continue.
Once you have logged in, the home page will look like this:
You can use the links on the left to access different sections of Zynex Portal. The top bar lists all of the sections and their titles, while the lower bar along the left side offers quick links to common tasks in each section. The main content area is centrally located, with a toolbar above it that provides quick access to different tools and features in Zynex Portal. You can also access important personal information by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the window.
To log out of Zynex Portal, click on the Log Out link at the top of the home page.
