2. Enter your user name and password and click on the "Log In" button.
3. If you have not already done so, select the "My Profile" tab and fill out the required information. You will need to give your full name, email address, phone number, and date of Birth. Once you have completed this information, click on the "Save Profile" button.

2. Click on "My Profile" in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Scroll down to "Login Info." (If you don't see Login Info., you may need to upgrade your account to view this content.)
4. Enter your email address and password into the boxes and click on "Login."

How to update your contact information
If you have changed your email address or phone number at any time since you joined Zaxby's, you will need to update your contact information in their Employee Portal. Follow these simple steps to login and update your contact information:
1. Go to the Employee Portal at www.zaxbys.com/employee-portal
2. Click on “Login” in the top right corner of the screen
3. Enter your login credentials (username and password) and click “Log In”
4. On the main menu, click on “My Profile” in the top left corner of the screen
5. Under “Contact Info,” click on the red “Update Contact Info” button next to your email address or phone number (depending on which one you've changed)
6. Enter your new email address or phone number and click “Update Contact Info”

How to dispute a charge
If you feel that you have been charged for items that you did not order, Zaxby's has provided a process to dispute the charge. To begin the process, log in to your account and find the order that you believe was charged to incorrectly. Next, locate the order confirmation or receipt that was issued with the order. On the front of this document, you will see a list of items that were ordered. Next, locate the section that corresponds to the item that you believe was charged to your account erroneously. In this section, there will be a list of items and their prices. Below this list, you will see a section entitled "Credit Card Details." This is where you will find the card number and expiration date of the card used to make the purchase. Once you have these details, please contact Zaxby's at 1-855-ZAXBYS (1-855-927-2377) and provide them with your order confirmation or receipt as well as the card number and expiration date of the card used to make the purchase. They will work to rectify the charge on your behalf and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
How to file a complaint
If you have a complaint about your job, the best way to get it resolved is through the employee portal. Follow these steps to login and file a complaint:
1. Log in to the employee portal at www.zaxbys.com/employee-portal.
2. Click on the “Complaint” link in the left navigation bar.
3. Fill out the required information and click submit.
4. A confirmation message will appear, indicating that your complaint has been submitted.
