How to use the Yukon Parent Portal

If you need to contact Yukon K-Education regarding your child’s school, there are a few ways you can do so. The most common way to get in touch is through their parent portal. Here’s how you can login and contact Yukon K-Education:
To login to the parent portal, go to https://www.yukon.ca/education/parent-portal/. Once you’re logged in, click on the “contact them” tab at the top of the page. Here, you can find all the different ways to get in touch with Yukon K-Education. You can email them at [email protected], call them at 867-667-6200, or drop them a message on their Facebook page.
How to report a concern
If you have a concern about your child's school, please login to the Yukon Parent Portal and submit a report.
To login to the Yukon Parent Portal:
1. Go to www.yukonparentportal.com
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields on the home page of the Yukon Parent Portal (see image below).
3. Click on "Log In" (see image below).
4. If prompted, enter your child's name and grade level in the "Report Concerns About This School" and "Submit Request for Action" fields, respectively (see image below).
5. Click on "Submit Request for Action" to submit your request for action or feedback about your child's school (see image below).
6. Click on "Close My Account" at the bottom of the page to log out of the Yukon Parent Portal (see image below).
