How to Login to the Yuba College Portal
To login to the Yuba College Portal, visit https://portal.yuba.edu and click on the “Login” link in the upper right-hand corner. Enter your user name and password, and you will be logged in to the portal.

How to View Your Transcripts
To view your transcripts, follow these instructions:
1. Log in to yuc Portal.
2. On the left-hand side of the page, click on "My Account."
3. In the "My Account" box, click on "Transcripts."
4. On the Transcripts page, select the semester(s) for which you would like to view your transcripts.
5. Click on the "View Transcript" button under each transcript entry to view your transcript details.
How to Renew Your Student Identification
To renew your student identification card, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.yubacollege.edu and sign in using your Net ID and password.
2. Click on the "ID" link in the menu bar on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on the "Renew ID" link in the row of buttons next to your name at the top of the page.
4. Select the type of identification you would like to renew, and fill out the required information. You will need your Net ID and birthdate, as well as your current student identification card number or card title if it is a physical card. If you do not have a student identification card, you will need to provide proof of enrollment, such as a copy of your receipt from Yuba College or an invoice from Student Services outlining your tuition and fees for this semester. Once you have completed all of the required information, click on the "Submit" button to renew your identification card.
5. Your new identification card will be sent to you via mail within 10-14 business days after you submit your renewal request. Please remember to keep your identification card
