Welcome to the Ysu Portal! This website is a resource for students, faculty, and staff at YSU. To access most of the features on this site, you will need to first create an account. To do this, please click on the βSign Inβ link in the navigation bar at the top of this page. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the features of the Ysu Portal.
How to login to Ysu Portal
To login to Ysu Portal, follow these steps:
1. Open the Ysu Portal website.
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click on the Login link.
3. In the login form that appears, enter your login credentials.
4. If you have registered for an account with YSU, input your user name and password in the appropriate fields. Otherwise, type in your email address and click on the Login button.
How to reset your password
To reset your password, visit the login page and enter your email address in the "Forgot your password?" field. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How to update your information
If you have forgotten your username or password, follow these instructions to reset them. If you have not logged in for a while, you may need to create a new account.
How to access Ysu Portal from a mobile device
If you are using a mobile device to access Ysu Portal, follow these steps:
1. Open the Ysu Portal app from your app store.
2. Log in with your username and password.
3. Click the "My Accounts" button in the top-left corner of the main screen to view your account information.
4. Click the "Login" button on the right side of your account information to log into Ysu Portal from a mobile device.
How to contact Ysu Support
If you can't login to your Ysu Portal account, please contact their support team for help. Our support team is available Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm CST. To reach us, please visit their website and click on the "Contact Us" link located on the top right corner of the main page. Once on their contact them page, enter your portal login information in the "Subject" field and in the "Message" field, tell us what you're trying to do and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
