Adding a family member as a caregiver
Adding a family member as a caregiver is easy with Yester Oaks Resident Portal. Log in to the portal and click on “Members” in the top navigation bar. Click on “Add Family Member” and enter your family member’s email address. In the “Caregiver Role” drop-down menu, select “ caregiver .” Next, you will need to fill out some basic information about your family member. In the “First Name” field, type in your family member’s first name. In the “Last Name” field, type in your family member’s last name. In the “Role” field, select “ caregiver .” Finally, you will need to provide your family member with a password. Click on “Submit Request.” Your family member will now be able to access Yester Oaks Resident Portal as a caregiver!
Managing your account
