How to login to your Ycsd Parent Portal
If you are a parent at a YCSD school and have not yet registered for the Parent Portal, now is the time to do so. The Parent Portal is a great resource for parents to keep up with important information about their child's school and district.
To login to the Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Parent Login" link in the top navigation bar of the Parent Portal home page.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will be taken to your personal login page, where you can log out or switch to your student's account.
4. If you have more than one child attending a YCSD school, be sure to log in with each of their individual email addresses and passwords in order to access all of their information in the Parent Portal.

Parent Portal Login Instructions
If you are new to the Parent Portal, please follow these simple instructions to login:
1. Go to the Parent Portal home page at https://www.ycsd.org/.
2. Click on "Login" in the top right corner of the home page.
3. Enter your school username and password, and click "Log In."
4. If you have an active My School Account, your email address will be pre-populated in the "Email Address" field. If not, enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click "Confirm Email Address."
5. Click on your name in the top left corner of the page to view your personal profile information. From here, you can access important information about your child's education, including his or her current grades and classroom assignments.
School news
Welcome to the Ycsd Parent Portal! The Parent Portal allows parents and guardians to easily manage their student’s educational records, access transcripts and other important school information.
To login to the Parent Portal, visit ycsd.com and click on the “Parent Portal” link in the left-hand navigation panel. Once you are logged in, follow these simple steps:
1. In the “My Account” section, enter your user name (username) and password.
2. In the “My Students” section, select which students you would like to view. You can view the current grade level for each student, as well as his or her current attendance status.
3. In the “My Projects” section, you can access records for projects that your student has been involved in at school.
4. In the “Messages” section, you can manage any messages that have been sent to you since your last login.
5. In the “School News” section, you can find important updates about school related news and events.

Ways to connect with your school
1. Log in to your Parent Portal using your school username and password. If you have not created a Parent Portal account, you will be prompted to do so upon logging in.
2. Once logged in, click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the page to view your account information and current student data. This tab also includes links to enroll your child in school, view their academic history, view notifications and messages sent to you, and more!
3. To connect with your school via email, click on the “Email” tab at the top of the page, and enter your school email address in the “To” field. You will then be able to receive emails from your school related to Parent Portal activities and news.
4. If you would like to connect with your school via phone, click on the “Phone” tab at the top of the page, and enter your school telephone number in the “From” field. You will then be able to call your school or leave a voicemail for them!
