How to login to Xcel Employee Service Portal
If you have already created an account on the Employee Service Portal, you can login to the portal by following these steps:
1. Click on the Login link in the upper-left corner of the portal. The login screen will appear.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the Log In button.
3. If you have not yet created an account on the Employee Service Portal, follow these steps to create an account:
a) Click on Sign In at the top of the homepage. The Sign In screen will appear.
b) Enter your email address in the Email Address field and click on the Sign In button.
c) Enter your password in the Password field and click on the Sign In button.
d) Click on Create My Account at the bottom of the Sign In screen to create your account.
How to use the Employee Service Portal
The Employee Service Portal is a great way to manage your employee benefits. You can access the portal from anywhere using your web browser. The first time you log in, you will need to create an account. Once you have created an account, you can access the portal from any computer with internet access.
To log in to the Employee Service Portal, click the following link:

Enter your user name and password (which you created when you registered for the portal) and click Log In. You will be taken to the login screen. Click Sign In to continue.
If you are not already logged in, on the login screen, under Account Type, select User or Company (depending on whether you are logging in as a user or company). If you are logged in as a company, on the Login Screen, under My Settings, select My Accounts and then select Employee Service Portal from the list of accounts. If you are logged in as a user, on the Login Screen, under My Settings, select My Accounts and then select My Personal Info from the list of accounts.

How to find your account number
If you forgot your account number, you can find it by logging into the Employee Service Portal and clicking on "My Profile." On the right-hand side of the screen, under "Personal Details," you will see your account number.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the employee service portal.
2. Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link at the top of the page.
3. Enter your username and email address, and click the “Create Account” button.
4. Click the “Change Password” link on the page that appears.
5. Enter your new password and click the “Update My Profile” button.
