How to Access Your Account
If you forgot your login information or just want to check if you're logged in, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Login" button located in the top right corner of any page on the website.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click "Log In." If you are not logged in, you will be sent a confirmation email.
3. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page and enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields. You will then be able to reset your password by entering the new password into the "New Password" field.
How to Make a Request for Transcripts
If you are a student at Udel and need transcripts for your academic records, there are a few steps that you will need to take. The first step is to make a request through the Udel Edu Portal. Once you have made your request, the portal will send an email to the professor who has assigned your course and provided the transcripts. You will then be responsible for getting copies of the transcripts from the professor and mailing them back to the Udel Edu Portal.
