How to login to www.tup.edu
If you are not already familiar with www.tup.edu, it is the website for the University of Texas at Austin. The website features a variety of resources, including information about classes, campus life, and more. To access most of the site, you will first need to login. Here are instructions on how to do that:
1. Go to www.tup.edu and sign in using your UT ID or your student username and password. If you have forgotten your UT ID or student username and password, please visit their Lost Password page for instructions on how to reset them.
2. Click on the link called “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your account information, including your login credentials (UT ID or student username and password). If you have forgotten your login credentials, please click on the “Forgot Password” link below this information and enter your email address in the “Create New Password” form to generate a new password for your account. You will then be able to log back into www.tup.edu using this new password.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to change it because it has been compromised, you can do so here.:
To change your password:
1. Log in to www.tup.edu using your MyTup ID and password.
2. Click on the “MyTup” link in the top right corner of the homepage.
3. In the “MyTup” menu, click on “Account Settings”.
4. On the “Account Settings” page, under “Your Account Information”, click on the “Change Password” link.
5. Enter your new password in the text box and click on the “Change Password” button to confirm it.
How to report a problem with the website

How to unsubscribe from email updates

2. Click on the "My Account" link located on the top right corner of the homepage.
3. On the left-hand side of the My Account page, click on "Email Preferences."
4. Under "Email Updates," select "Unsubscribe."
5. Click on the "Submit" button to confirm your unsubscription.
