How to login to Wuesthoff Patient Portal
If you are a Wuesthoff patient and have not already done so, we recommend that you create a user account on their patient portal. This will allow you easy access to your medical records, appointment scheduling, and other information related to your care. To create an account, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the Wuesthoff Patient Portal using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link located on the main menu of the website and enter your email address into the "Email Address" field. A new password will then be sent to this email address.
2. Click on "User Accounts" in the main menu of the website. This will open a new window displaying all of your user accounts on the Wuesthoff Patient Portal. If you do not see your name listed under "User Accounts," it is possible that you have not logged in to the Wuesthoff Patient Portal since its launch date (May 15, 2019). How to find your Wuesthoff Patient Portal username and password
To login to your Wuesthoff Patient Portal:
1. Log in to your patient portal using the username and password you created when you first registered. If you don't remember your username or password, please contact Wuesthoff at 1-877-WUESTHOFF (1-877-968-7463).
2. In the main menu on the left, under "My Profile," click on "User Management." You will be prompted to enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address to receive a reset link.
3. Once logged in, you will see all of the information related to your account, including your profile picture and biography. You can also manage your appointments, messages, and medication reminders from this page.
How to change your Wuesthoff Patient Portal username or password
If you have forgotten your Wuesthoff Patient Portal username or password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to the Wuesthoff Patient Portal using your username and password.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab on the top toolbar.
3. In the “My Account” section, click on “Change User Name or Password”.
4. Enter your new username and password in the appropriate fields, and click on “Submit”.
How to update your personal information in the Wuesthoff Patient Portal
If you have not already done so, please login to your Wuesthoff Patient Portal account to update your personal information. Once you are logged in, follow these steps:

2. In the “Personal Info” section, click on “Update Profile”.
