What is Mage Portal?
Mage Portal is an alt account service offered by Wowhead. It allows players to create and manage separate accounts for playing World of Warcraft on different realms or servers. Players can also use Mage Portal to manage their character's individual stats, inventory, and settings.
How to login Mage Portal Alts
If you are new to the Mage Portal and have not yet created an account, please do so now. Once you have logged in, please follow these steps to create a Mage Portal alt.
1. Log into your Mage Portal account.
2. Click on the "Actions" tab at the top of the page.
3. Under "Create a new alt," click on the link that says "Create Alt."
4. Enter a name for your alt, and select a character class from the list of available classes. (You can also create a custom class if you wish.)
5. Click on the "Create Alt" button to finish creating your alt account.
How to use Mage Portal Alts
If you're looking to login to your Mage Portal alt, there are a few things you need to know. First, you'll need to find your Mage Portal username. This can be found on the main menu of the portal, under "Your Account" (pictured below). The next thing you'll need is your Mage Portal alt's password. This can be found in the same place as your username, under "My Settings." You'll also need to know your alt's IP address. You can find this information in the same place as your password and username--under "My Settings." Once you have all of this information, simply enter it into the login form on the main menu of the portal (pictured below) and hit "Login."
