How to login to Portal
If you're having trouble logging in to Portal, there are a few things you can try. First, make sure that you have the latest version of Portal installed. If you're using Mac OS X or Linux, open the App Store or your software store and search for “Portal”. If you still can't log in, try one of these tips:

How to change your password
If you have forgotten your Portal login credentials, or if you need to change your password, follow these steps:

You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
2. If you wish to change your password for all of your U of T accounts, sign into portal.utoronto.ca, select "My Account," and click on the "Change Password" link. Enter the new password in the text box and click on the "Change Password" button. You will be prompted to confirm the new password before it is updated on all of your accounts.
