How to make a request
If you are a Woodbridge Station resident, and would like to make a request, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Resident Portal using your username and password. If you have not yet created an account, click on the “Create Account” link on the top right-hand corner of the page.
2. On the “Request” tab, select the type of request you would like to make. You can make requests for assistance with issues such as noise complaints or street maintenance, among others.
3. In the “Subject” field, type a brief description of your request.
4. In the “Body” field, please include detailed information about what is wrong and what you would like done about it. It is helpful if you can provide photos or videos if possible.
5. Click on the “Submit Request” button to submit your request. A response will be sent to you within 24 hours, unless there is a serious issue that needs immediate attention.
How to find information
In the Woodbridge Station resident portal, you can find a lot of different information about your community, like:

If you forgot your password, click on the button that says "Forgot Password?" below your account name. You will be asked to enter your email address and a new password. After you verify your email address, you will be able to login to your account.
