How to login to Woodbridge Middle School Parent Portal

The Parent Portal is a web-based system that allows parents to access their student's records, sign up for newsletters and alerts, and more. Here we will show you how to login to the Parent Portal.
1. Click on the "Parent Portal" link on the school home page.
2. Enter your school ID and password in the login form and click on the "Sign In" button.
3. You will be taken to the main Parent Portal page. On this page, you will see all of your child's records and information. You can also sign up for newsletters and alerts here. How to manage your account
To manage your Woodbridge Middle School Parent Portal account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Parent Portal account by clicking on the "Log In" button in the upper right corner of the page.
2. If you have not already done so, create a new password for your account by entering your email address and password into the appropriate fields and clicking on the "Create Password" button. Note: You will need to enter this password to access your account from any computer.
3. Once you have logged in, you will see the main page of your Parent Portal account. On this page, you can access all of the features of your account, including:
- Your student's current information (class schedule, grades, notes, etc.)
- Notes and messages from school staff and parents
- The ability to add or edit attachments in messages
- The ability to create or manage groups and clubs with other parents
- The ability to post messages on behalf of your student (if allowed by school policy)

How to update your contact information
If you have changed your contact information, please log in to your Parent Portal and update your contact information. You can also update your contact information by contacting the school.
How to unsubscribe from notifications
If you no longer wish to receive notifications from Woodbridge Middle School, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions below.:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Scroll down to "Notifications" and click on the red "Unsubscribe" button next to it.
4. You will be asked to confirm your unsubscription by clicking on the "Yes, Unsubscribe" link.
How to view your student’s grades and attendance information
If you have registered for the Parent Portal, you can view your student’s grades and attendance information. To access the Parent Portal, go to: www.woodbridgemiddle.org and sign in with your user name and password. Once logged in, click on the “Parent Portal” link in the top left corner of the page. Then select your student from the list of students on the home page. You will then be able to view your student’s grades and attendance information.
How to request for a report card or transcript
If you are a parent or guardian of a Woodbridge Middle School student and would like to request a report card or transcript, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal.
2. Choose "Student Reports" from the drop-down menu on the home screen.
3. Click on "Report Card Request."
4. Complete the form and click "Submit Request."
5. Your request will be sent to the school’s Records Department for processing.
How to add or remove a child from your family
The Woodbridge Middle School Parent Portal lets you add or remove a child from your family as well as update your contact information. To login, follow these steps:
1. In the Parent Portal home screen, select My Family.
2. On the My Family screen, click on the plus (+) icon next to the child's name to add a new child to your family or click on the minus (-) icon next to a child's name to remove them from your family.
3. If you want to update your contact information for that child, enter their new contact information into the appropriate fields and click Save.
4. When you're finished, click Close at the bottom of the screen.
