Patients have come to rely on online portals to manage their health care and information. This is especially true for those with chronic conditions, who may find it difficult to remember all the different websites they need to visit and passwords for each one.
To help patients keep track of their health care, many health care providers are now providing patient portals that allow patients to log in and access their medical records, medication lists, and other important information.
How to login to the Womens and Childrens Patient Portal
If you are a patient or family member of a patient and would like to access their information, you can login to the Patient Portal. To login, go to: www.womenandchildrens.nhs.uk/patientportal and enter your user name and password. If you have ever had to change your health information, you know that it can be a pain. Luckily, there is an easy way to make changes to your health information through the Women's And Children's Patient Portal. Here is how to login and make changes:
1) Log in to the Women's And Children's Patient Portal at www.womenshealth.gov/patientportal2) Click on "My Profile" on the main page3) On the "Profile" page, click on the "My Health Information" tab4) On the "My Health Information" tab, you will see a list of all of your health information accounts. How to get a copy of your medical record
If you are a woman or child who has had a medical procedure or visit at their clinic, you may be interested in getting a copy of your medical record. To do this, you will need to login to the Women’s and Childrens Patient Portal. Here is how to do that:
Step 1: Go to www.womenandchildrens.nsw.gov.au/patientportal and click on the ‘Log In’ button.
Step 2: Enter your User ID and Password, and click on the ‘Log In’ button.
Step 3: On the left-hand side of the page, under ‘My Account’, click on the ‘Download My Medical Record’ button.
You will then be asked to select which type of record you want to download: either General Record (containing all your clinic visits), Health Record (containing only your health care appointments), or Tests and Results (containing results from tests that we have ordered for you). Click on the appropriate link to download your file.
How to report a problem with your health record
If you have a problem with your health record, you can report it using the Women's And Children's Patient Portal. To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to womenandchildrens.gov.au and enter your patient number in the search bar.
2. Click on My Health Record.
3. On the My Health Record page, click on Account Settings.
4. On the Account Settings page, click on Login Details.
5. Enter your patient number and password in the appropriate fields, and click on Save Changes.
6. After you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your health records on the My Health Record page. To report a problem with your health record, click on Report A Problem in the lower left corner of the screen.
How to ask questions about your care
If you're a woman or child who needs care, you'll need to use the Women's and Children's Patient Portal. This portal allows you to ask questions about your care, get updates on your situation, and find resources.
To log in to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:

2. Click the "Sign In" button in the upper right corner.

How to stop receiving notifications about your health
If you don't want to receive notifications about your health status, you can disable them in the Patient Portal. To disable notifications, open the Patient Portal and click on My Profile in the top left corner. Under "Notifications," select the box next to the notification you want to disable and click on Save.
