How to appeal a decision
If you're unhappy with a planning decision, there are various ways to appeal it. Here's how to get started:
1. Get documentation of the decision. You'll need to have documentation of the decision, such as a letter from the council or planning officer, in order to appeal it.
2. Check if the decision can be appealed. Most decisions can be appealed if they're considered to be incorrect or unfair.
3. Fill out an appeal form. The form will ask for information about the reasons for your appeal, as well as any evidence that you may have supporting your case.
4. Send the form and documentation to the appeals committee. The appeals committee is responsible for reviewing appeals and making a final decision.
