How to login to the Wmhs Provider Portal
If you are a new or current Wmhs Provider, you will need to login to the Provider Portal in order to access your account information and billing information. There are a few steps that you need to follow in order to login:
1. Go to Provider Portal at www.wmhs.com/provider
2. Click on the Login link in the top left corner of the page
3. Enter your email address and password (both of which you obtained when you registered for your account with Wmhs)
4. Click on the Log In button at the bottom of the screen
5. You will be taken to a page where you can see all of your account information, including your account number and expiration date.
How to add a new provider to the portal
If you are a new provider and have not yet registered with the WMHS Portal, please follow these instructions.
1. Log in to your WMHS Portal account. If you do not have an account, you can create one by following the instructions on their homepage.
2. Click on "Provider Portal" in the left-hand menu.
3. In the Provider Portal section, click on "Add New Provider."
4. In the "Provider Information" field, enter your WMHS Portal Username and Password. If you are a new provider and have not yet registered with WMHS, please enter your Provider Identification Number (PIN) in the "Provider Identification Number" field as well. You will need this number to login to the portal after you've registered with WMHS.
5. In the "Provider Profile" field, complete all of the required information including your company name, contact information, website address, and hours of operation. You will also need to provide a brief description of your services.
6. In the "Services" field, list all of the services that you offer at your clinic or hospital. You may include medical services such as obstetrics/gynec
How to edit an existing provider on the portal
If you have an existing provider on the portal, you can edit it by clicking on the "Edit Provider" button on the provider page. To login to the portal, you will need your provider credentials. If you do not have your credentials, you can retrieve them from your administrator account on the portal.
How to delete an existing provider from the portal
If you want to delete an existing provider from the portal, follow these steps:
1. Log into the portal.
2. Click on Providers in the left-hand menu.
3. Select the provider you want to delete and click on the Delete button next to it.
4. Confirm your decision by clicking on the Delete button again.
How to change your password on the portal
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have changed your password and cannot remember which one it is, you can reset your password by following these steps:
1. Log in to the portal at wmhs.net/portal/signin.aspx.
2. In the "User Name" field, enter your username.
3. In the "Password" field, enter your new password.
4. Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link to reset your password.
