First, sign in using your first and last name (or student number) as your username. If you have forgotten your username or would like to reset it, please click on "Forgot Your Username?" in the menu above and enter your email address as the new username. You will then be able to reset your password and access all of your account information. What is Wjms?
Wjms stands for the Web Journal Management System. It is a free and open source journal management system designed to help researchers and scientists manage their journals. It is also a platform for sharing research outputs.
To login to the Wjms student portal, please follow these steps:
1. Go to https://student.wjms.org/login/.
2. Enter your username (normally your institutional email address) and password (the one you use to log in to Wjms).
3. Click on the "Log In" button.
4. You will be taken to the main Wjms page.
5. On the left-hand side, under "My Account", click on "Login".
6. Enter your name (as it appears on your ID card), email address, and password again, and click on the "Log In" button.
7. You will now be taken to the "My Journals" page, where you can see all of your journals that you have registered with Wjms.
How to login to the Wjms Student Portal?
If you are a student at Wjms and have an email address, you can login to the Student Portal using your email address. To login, go to http://student.wjms.edu and enter your email address in the login form. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the features of the Student Portal, including your grades, records, and notifications. If you do not have an email address or if you would like to change your login information, please contact the Wjms office of student affairs at (727) 993-5131.
How to register for a course on the Wjms Student Portal?
To register for a course on the Wjms Student Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Wjms Student Portal.
2. Click on Courses in the left-hand menu.
3. In the course list, click on the course you want to register for.
4. On the course registration page, click on the Register button.
5. Complete the registration form and click on Submit.
6. You will now be taken to the course details page for that particular course. Here, you can find out more about the course and register for it if you wish.
How to find your course rosters and transcripts on the Wjms Student Portal?
If you are a Wjms student, the first time you login to the Wjms Student Portal is likely to be your first time using the portal. So, it is important to find your way around. After logging in, you should be able to find your courses and transcripts on the home page of the portal. The following instructions will show you how to do this:
Step 1: On the main Wjms Student Portal page, click on Courses at the top of the page (see screenshot below).
Step 2: This will take you to a list of all of your courses, including their title, credits earned, and any notes or assignments that you have been assigned (see screenshot below).
Step 3: To see your transcripts for any course(s) that you have taken, click on Transcripts under Courses on the main Wjms Student Portal page (see screenshot below).
Note: If you have multiple transcripts for a given course, each transcript will appear under Transcripts on this page.

How to request accommodations on the Wjms Student Portal?
